Thank you to all the members of the Evergreen Public Schools community who provided their time and valuable input to help create our new strategic plan.

During this two year process, we had thousands of students, family members, staff and community members attend listening sessions, complete surveys, ask questions, and attend in-person and virtual meetings. I am so appreciative to everyone for their energy, commitment and honesty.

Together, we have created an equity-based strategic plan that will guide our work from the classroom to the boardroom. Of course, our work is just beginning. I am looking forward to putting the plan into action and working together to empower all of our students.
