Choice Transfers

Choice Transfers (out-of-district boundary exceptions) are required for all students who live in our boundary but want to attend school in another school district, including online public schools. 

The fastest way for Evergreen Residents to submit a Choice Transfer Request is online via the Choice Transfer Portal. 

If you’re not able to access the online portal, you may email your Choice Transfer Request to: boundaries@evergreenps.org, bring it to our main office during business hours, or drop it in the drop box in front of our building. We are located at: 13413 NE LeRoy Haagen Memorial Drive, Vancouver, WA 98684. 

Most local school districts do not accept requests for next school year until May 1, and we do not accept or process those requests until that date. Online schools permit early submission.

Please note that our department is closed from the end of June through mid August and we do not process choice transfers during that time.
